Support Taiwan to join the World Health Organization

Since the outbreak of SARS in Taiwan during year 2003, it has illustrated how Taiwan can help the world to prevent the spread of contagius diseases. However, due to the political status of Taiwan, Taiwan now still cannot be a member of World Health Organization and cannot help to assist the global society on the health wars. Also, Taiwanese people cannot get enough information directly from WHO when new diseases are announced.
